We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel with excellent cleanliness, facilities, location next to the bus station and friendly staff. Shower water was hot and water pressure was fantastic. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had varied options to choose from.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is situated ideally next to the bus station, which makes it easy to explore the city. the receptionists at the hotel are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and adorned with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi and coffee makers. the inclusive breakfast is sumptuous. I especially enjoyed the splendid views from the balcony.

The hotel's location next to the bus station makes it a bit noisy, especially in the early morning.

Clean, comfortable, private dorms. Tea/coffee/water available. Pool next door. Spacious common area. Friendly staff. Great location near Phuket Old Town. Reasonable price.

Nothing to complain about at all.

I recently had a weekend stay at a new hostel and was pleasantly surprised. The decor was really cool and modern, and it was super clean. The staff were really friendly and I loved that it was in a quiet location, but still only a short walk to the town center. Plus, having access to the hotel pool was a bonus!

That some of the staff didn't have great English skills, making it a bit difficult to communicate effectively. , it would have been helpful to have some more information available about local tours and attractions.

We recently stayed at a hostel in Phuket and absolutely loved it! The decor was modern and chic, making it feel more like a hotel than a hostel. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and tucked away from the main road, providing a peaceful and quiet stay. We also loved the fact that we had access to a clean and well-maintained swimming pool. Another great feature was the lounge area, offering ample space to relax and unwind.

That our room didn't have a long mirror and we had to use the mirrors in the bathroom, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, there was no sign on the toilet doors indicating which was for males and which was for females, which could be confusing for some guests. Overall though, our experience at the hostel was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again in the future.
